Blue Vervain

Dandelion Leaf

Dandelion is used for muscle aches, loss of appetite, gallstone pain, upset stomach, and joint pain. It can be used as a laxative and to increase urine production, which is why you see it in a lot of detox teas. It had been known as a liver detoxifier and is also loaded with vitamins and minerals, including iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium.


Elderberry stems, seeds and leaves are considered poisonous, however, the berries are loaded with antioxidants and immune system boosting properties. It helps fight colds, UTIs, allergies, infections and the flu.


Ginger is known for it’s anti-inflammatory, anti-nausea and stomach settling properties. It reduces muscle pain and soreness and is loaded with antioxidants, reducing heart disease and helping with joint health.

Hibiscus leaf

Hibiscus leaves are packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. It has a vibrant red color and helps prevent cancer and may fight bacteria. It lowers both blood pressure and blood fat levels, making it beneficial for the heart. Also great for liver disease and constipation.

Holy Basil

Also known as Tulsi, Holy Basil is a superfood herb known for Ayurvedic medicinal use. It regulates stress hormones cortisol and adrenaline, which can act as a catalyst for poor immune response.


Lavender is an antispasmodic herb that is also calming and relaxing. It is antiseptic and can help heal insect bites and minor burns, as well as ease depression and insomnia.

Lemon Balm

Lemon Balm eases stress and anxiety. It is also great for heartburn, indigestion, cold sores, insomnia and high cholesterol. It has a naturally calming effect.

Maca Root

Maca increases stamina, balances deficiencies and supports fertility by balancing hormones for both men and women. This root is great for the immune system and circulation and is rich in vitamins and minerals. Maca has a sweet, creamy butterscotch taste.

Marshmallow Leaf

Marshmallow leaf and root are commonly used for stomach ulcers, diarrhea, pain and inflammation of the stomach lining, constipation and to help with pain and inflammation of the mucous membranes of the lungs. It is also great for hair.

Milk Thistle
